Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in original condition with all tags attached
Be free of stains, odors, or damage
Be returned in original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to normal wear or improper care

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at stayraregarments@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order after completing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
